Cotner & Superior Pet Care are owned by Dr. Otto, a trained Veterinarian who is licensed in both Nebraska and Florida. The Pet Cares are both located in Lincoln, Nebraska. One on Cotner and the other on Superior Street. Dr. Otto’s goal is to do any means possible to minimize pain for the animals.
